Mannank Raveshia leads Raveshia Life with a future-focused approach to real estate - where design is intentional, innovation is practical, and each development is shaped around how people truly react with space.
With an undergraduate degree in England and a Master's in Infrastructure Management, along with an instinctive grasp of evolving urban dynamics, he brings precision and purpose to every scale of work - from luxury residences and mixed-use spaces to boutique plotting retreats. His vision is clear: to build spaces that don't just respond to today's needs, but evolve with the lives they hold.

Manoj Raveshia
As a founding director with over four decades of entrepreneurial leadership, Manoj Raveshia has guided the Raveshia Group’s evolution from a regional pigment manufacturer into a diversified global enterprise. Since the company’s establishment in 1975, he has expanded its presence across specialty chemicals, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, and logistics.
Under his vision, the group became a trusted supplier to industries such as coatings, plastics, textiles and construction, and forged pivotal partnerships, including with Heubach Colorants GmbH, strengthening global reach and technology capabilities. His leadership blends traditional values with forward-looking innovation, positioning the Group for sustained growth.

LANDMARK MOMENTS

1967

Established a clearing agency (1967) and expanded into warehousing operations by 1970.

1972

Forayed into manufacturing specialty chemicals, pigments, and dyes, establishing the first chrome pigment unit at GIDC, Vapi (Raveshia Colours Pvt. Ltd.).

1987

Entered the hospitality industry with the iconic restaurant Invitation 360 in Juhu.

1998

Began oxide pigment manufacturing at GIDC, Vapi (Raveshia Pigments Ltd.).

2004

Formed a strategic technical collaboration with Heubach GmbH, establishing global market dominance.

2005

Entered healthcare with the launch of Sujay Hospital, a multi-specialty facility in Juhu.

2006

Acquired Gomati Chemicals at MIDC, Tarapore.

2010

Delivered the landmark residential project – Venetia in Juhu.

2011

Acquired Sudish Chemicals.

2012

Delivered the signature commercial building – Casablanca in Juhu.

2016

Became market leaders in oxides with expanded capacity at GIDC, Vapi.

2020

Forayed into real estate as Raveshia Realty with the flagship commercial project - The Metropole.

2021

Introduced the first residential project under Raveshia Realty – Aryana Heights.

2023

Launched the landmark luxury project in Alibaug – The Elysian.
